raisinet(s) thought

We rarely think about Raisinets in the singular.  It is always like “I ate a handful of Raisinets…” or “Buy me some Raisinets.”  I have never heard anyone say “Yeah, I ate a Raisinet.”  Could this be because Raisinets are sold as a package?  Or is this because Raisinets are so delicious that we can never eat just one?  very interesting questions…
