time to go to the dentist!

I intentionally schedule my dental appointments at 2:30. If that works for the dentist on a day when I have another obligation, I cancel the obligation, no matter what, and schedule the appointment. I once had to cancel a job interview interview that interfered with my 2:30 dentist time. Oh well. My desire to maintain my 2:30 dentist time trumps my desire to be employed.
