The statement that “no two brain injuries are the same” means that no two individuals are the same just as much as it means the conditions of the injury differ. Hypothetically, if we take two identical injuries, meaning the exact same parts of the brain of two separate individuals are impacted with the same force, we will see two different manifestations of the injuries: because two different people were injured. Different people have different levels of intelligence, experience, and thus different reactions to the same stimulus.
