Why is black licorice a candy flavor: to fool ignorant children? Does anybody like licorice? I just eat licorice because I do not want to waste, and I somehow feel like it is a tradition to eat the one licorice jelly bean in my Easter basket. So, I eat this terrible flavor like once a year. Before I eat the licorice jelly bean, I think “Your not going to like this. So what. It is just one nasty jelly bean. The after taste will go away soon enough. Maybe you will like it this time…” I never end up liking it.
